Sorry for asking a dumb question --- since I ran a pool last year, but I forget when games lock. Like this week, the first game is Thursday. I am running just a survivor pool. It's basically the same as with weekly picks. The teams in an early game will be locked and unselectable when that game starts. All the other teams will be available until all the games lock when the first set of games start on Sunday.

You could do that by changing the time in the database schedule tables. You'd need to make sure that you set the TIME_ZONE_DIFF so that it coincides with Pacific time rather than Eastern (that will take care of the locking).
