Pretty easy. Just login as admin.
Click Home (just to be sure you are at the main page)
Then in the URL field add runonce.asp to the end of the URL after the /
i.e. http://www.mywebsite.com/football/runonce.asp
After it runs you will get a message about the database being updated.
You are all set.
