- Updated playoffsRankEntry.asp to clear point assignments on display after an entry is deleted.
- Updated playoffsPickEntry.asp to optimize entry deletions.
- Updated setPlayoffsTeams.asp to add missing include file which caused errors when attempting to send email notifications.

- Fixed includes/common.css in the Default_Theme folder to match the existing style sheet.

- Updated weeklyPickStatistics.asp to fix a display error.
- Added a Halloween theme.

- Updated includes/playoffsPick.asp, includes/superBowl.asp, includes/weekly.asp, playoffsPickResults.asp, superBowlResults.asp, weeklyResults.asp and weeklySummary.asp to properly award half points on ties and improve the display of scores that end in a half point.
